Originally drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the sixth round (172nd overall) of the 1998 NFL Draft & Waived during training camp by the Dolphins and signed by the Atlanta Falcons on 8/12/98 & Waived by Atlanta on 8/24/98 and signed with Cleveland Browns on 12/29/98 prior to their return to the league & Attended training camp with the Browns in 1999.
A classic dropback passer, Dutton enters his fifth season with the Crush after becoming the franchise s first free-agent signing on 11/2/02 & Has started 61 of 64 regular season games in Crush history and owns all single-game, season and career franchise passing records & Has thrown for 19,324 career yards with 385 TD passes to only 66 interceptions & Spent 2000-02 with San Jose, leading the SaberCats to an ArenaBowl title in 2002, where he was named MVP of ArenaBowl XVI.
